Paypal Settings for Cubecart
First you need get a paypal account, the costs are below.

Transaction Fee: 1.9% to 2.9% + $0.30 USD
Countries: Worldwide
Notes: Currencies presently accepted are AUD, USD, GBP, CAD, EUR, JPY
(This is charged on every transaction, regardless of whether money comes directly from PayPal account or from a credit card.)
Setting up Cubecart in Paypal:
1.)In Paypal make sure you have a Business Account.
- Login to Paypal Click Profile on the Account Tab (last link in the 2nd row)
- Under Account Information choose Business Information
- Click Upgrade
- Fill out all the Information on this page and click SAVE
2.) Under Selling Preferences (3rd Column) choose Website Payment Preferences
- Auto Return: on
- Return URL: http://yoursitename.com/confirmed.php
- Payment Data Transfer: on
- Encrypted Website Payments: off
- Paypal Account Optional: on (this allows customers to use a credit card even if they do not have a paypal account.)
- Contact Phone Number: Your choice
- Express Checkout Settings: No
- Click SAVE
3.) Under Selling Preferences (3rd Column) choose Instant Payment Notification Preferences
- Instant Payment Notification (IPN): on
- Instant Payment Notification (IPN) URL
4.) If you have more than one email in Paypal make sure your primary address is the one set in your Gateway/Paypal settings. Also, be sure and look at the case of them they have to match.
- Under Account Information click Email
- On this screen choose the email address your using in the Cubecart Gateway Paypal settings choose the radio button in front of it and click Make Primary
